Ski & snowboard school lessons
How long does the lesson last?
The choice is up to you — you can book lessons starting from 1 hour. However, we recommend at least a 2-hour lesson so we have enough time to cover the most important basics. During the first lesson we usually take the ski lift and ride down the slope at least once.
For the quickest and most noticeable progress, we recommend booking at least three consecutive days of lessons. This ensures real improvement, confidence on the snow, and a smooth learning experience.
From what age can children join the Pingwin Club?
We welcome children from 3 years of age. Our instructors are patient, experienced, and use playful, age-appropriate teaching methods to make learning both fun and safe.
Do I need my own equipment?
No, you don’t need your own equipment, you can rent everything from us or from our partner rental shop. However, please contact us before your lesson, so we can prepare the correct equipment, sizes, and adjustments in advance.
Please note that if you arrive without the necessary equipment and we need extra time to sort it out, the lesson cannot be extended. The lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Should I book in advance?
We highly recommend booking your lessons in advance, especially during the high season. Please make a reservation at least 2–3 days beforehand to secure your preferred time and instructor.
What should I bring?
Warm layered clothing, gloves, ski goggles, sunscreen, and a positive attitude!
Children must wear a helmet – safety is our top priority.
How do I pay?
We allow payment of a deposit online through our booking system, with the remaining balance paid in cash on site.
What if the lift isn’t working or the weather is bad?
We continue lessons in light snow conditions. In case of extreme weather, we’ll reschedule, adjust the program or offer reimbursement.
Until when can I cancel my lesson?
Deposit payment is required for the booking to be confirmed. Lessons can be cancelled up to 7 days in advance without any cancellation fee.
